Kobe Bryant’s legacy extends beyond basketball, offering valuable lessons that can inspire excellence in our professional and personal lives. His 10 rules emphasize continuous improvement, resilience, and the pursuit of greatness. By striving to get better every single day, we embrace the "Mamba Mentality" of constant growth and learning. Using skepticism as motivation, we turn doubts into a driving force to achieve our goals.By integrating these principles into our daily routines, we can unlock our potential and achieve greater success in both our professional and personal lives. Let’s honor Kobe’s legacy by striving for excellence and pushing ourselves to new heights.#Leadership #ProfessionalGrowth #KobeBryant #CorporateSuccess #ContinuousImprovement #Success

If you’re driving north on State Street past 400 South, you’ll see our new Enbridge sign proudly displayed on the northeast corner building. As of June 1, we’ve officially transitioned from Dominion Energy to Enbridge Gas. This new sign marks the beginning of an exciting chapter for us. Despite the name change, our promise to deliver reliable services remains the same.Today, seeing the Enbridge name up there makes it feel real! We’re looking forward to this new journey and continuing to serve our customers with the same commitment and excellence.

What an incredible time we had at our 3rd annual ERG Summer Bash last week! This year's theme, "Stronger Together," perfectly captured the spirit of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at Dominion Energy, which are all about building community, fostering connections, and encouraging professional growth. As employees, we truly are stronger together. The event was a blast—delicious food, live entertainment, games, and a raffle with fantastic prizes made it a day to remember. This year I was a part of the planning committe, and I want to give a huge shoutout to our amazing planning committee: Steve Jensen, Tasha Christensen, Shiloh Johnson, Deanna Hopkins (sorry if i forgot anyone). Also Judd Cook and our leadership team for making it all happen. Your hard work and dedication truly brought this event to life. Here's to many more events that bring us together and celebrate our diverse and vibrant community! #DominionEnergy #ERGSummerBash #Community #Diversity #Inclusion #StrongerTogether

This May, as we observe Mental Health Awareness Month, I encourage you all to take a moment to pause and reflect—not just on your well-being but also on that of your friends, loved ones, colleagues, and even those you may not know well. It's important to remember that we each face our challenges, and a little support can go a long way.Arianna Huffington once said, "We need to accept that we won’t always make the right decisions, that we’ll screw up royally sometimes - understanding that failure is not the opposite of success, it’s part of success." This is a vital reminder as we navigate the complexities of the workplace and our careers. For those of us on LinkedIn, whether you're in the throes of a job search, navigating challenges at work, or just starting in your career post-graduation, remember to prioritize your mental health. To anyone currently unemployed, keep faith—there truly is light at the end of the tunnel. If you're feeling stuck in your current role, remain persistent in seeking opportunities that fulfill you more deeply. And to the recent graduates stepping boldly into your careers, prioritize your mental well-being from the start.Together, let's support one another, foster resilience, and build a community that recognizes the importance of mental health in every aspect of our professional and personal lives. Please feel free to share this message or repost it within your network. By spreading awareness, we can help destigmatize mental health issues and support each other in more meaningful ways. Let’s keep the conversation going—your share could be the sign of support someone needs today.#mentalhealth #mentalhealthawarenessmonth

Understanding and managing mental health triggers is crucial for maintaining our well-being. Triggers vary widely, from stressful events and interpersonal conflicts to specific environmental factors and media exposure. From my own experience, identifying my triggers has been transformative. Seeing the brick wall in advance prepares me to handle it effectively. Knowing your triggers can help you in many ways, but knowing what to do when you face them and how to alleviate their impact is critical!Heres how we can manage mental health triggers:Identify What Affects You: Use tools like journaling to pinpoint triggers.Develop Coping Strategies: Techniques such as mindfulness or hobbies can help.Seek Support: Therapists can offer strategies like cognitive behavioral therapy to help you manage your reactions better.Set Boundaries: Essential for controlling your exposure to potential triggers.Educate Yourself: The more you understand your triggers, the less impact they will have.#MentalHealthAwareness #WorkplaceWellbeing #ProfessionalDevelopment
