Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.9.X
Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.
A workaround for RAM Cleaner running only in the settings menu
This is just a recompiled port for SPT-AKI 3.9.0. I've seen many ask for this to be updated.

How to install
- Drag-and-drop CactusPie.RamCleanerInterval.dll into "BepInEx / Plugins" folder
- Open CactusPie.RamCleanerInterval 1.0.0 in-game via the F12 hotkey

for some incredibly weird reason this makes my game freeze for 1-2 seconds anytime anyone shoots, i really dont know why

Don't think it has anything to do with this mod, unless you can provide logs that specifically mention this mod. All this mod does is run the original BSG-designed ram cleaner when it's meant to. Your issue sounds like it's related to bot combat. Check your client and server logs and see what pops up.

the thing is after removing this, everything was fine, i do have 40 something mods installed so maybe something was conflicting with this? im not sure
i could install this again and send you the logs

Should I have Tarkov's built in Automatic RAM Cleaner disabled while running this mod? Or leave it enabled?

This only makes sure that the built-in one is triggered when it should be. Leave it enabled

Question this is the only mod that has made windows say it may be harmful as well as scanning the file (outside of windows) says that its harmful. Can you explain why, or someone tell me what's up with this mod?

You're the first one who's had this issue, based on what I've seen. I've been using it for months now. It might be your antivirus. They're known for providing false positives.

this mod cleans ram like ram cleaner something similar, but I dont understand why when the ram is beeing cleaned for 20-30 sec my fps drops to 5-10 and it freezes until the ram is cleaned completly

That sounds like a garbage collection problem to me. The only thing this app does is enable BSG's own memory cleaner. Your problem is most likely to do with how Unity's garbage collection and BSG's proprietary system works.
I have zero issues with ram cleaning, it's always pretty smooth.

well yeah i didnt know what it means i was thinking that i have some garbage on my pc
sorry again.so problem is with garbage collection? i dont understand / like ram cleaner or this mod will clean my ram but in that time i have like 5 fps for few minutes until the ram is cleaned

@niccon That doesnt sound like its an issue with the mod. The garbage collection (afaik) shouldnt take more than half a second or similar

If you want a map maybe try Techhappy's web minimap it's very good too and updated.
